REFLECTION ON COOLIRIS



Cooliris is an image viewer that can be used as a browser plugin with Firefox, Safari, Internet Explorer and iPhone. It can even be installed as an image viewer in WordPress. Cooliris is simply the fastest and most stunning way to browse photos and videos from the Web or our desktop. Effortlessly scroll an infinite "3D Wall" of our content without having to click page to page, whether on Facebook, Google Images, YouTube, Flickr, Picasa, Kodak Gallery, or any supported site. Or channel surf the latest news, TV episodes, movies, and music videos all from within Cooliris. Begin by downloading the plugin at the Cooliris site. After downloading and installing, restart our browser.

The features of cooliris:-

- Share our 3D Wall: Show off our 3D Wall by simply sharing its URL.
- Sidebar: Channel surf TV shows, movies, and more. Find photos stored on our computer or see our favorite things.
- The 3D Wall: See all of our photos and videos on an infinite wall of content. Double click to enjoy slideshow mode, or just drag the wall to see more.
- Search: Search from Google Images, YouTube, Flickr, and much more.
- Scroll: Click and drag to move the wall.
- Go Full-Screen: Toggle between fullscreen and tabbed view.

Functions of Cooliris



- Clicking the new icon reveals a screen that will help us discover some of the functions of Cooliris. I can browse, search and view slideshows of images on sites that I’m visiting.
- If I don't want to see a slideshow, but just examine one of the images more closely, I can click it to enlarge it, as in this image. It's also possible to enlarge the image to full screen.
- When I want to use Google's Image search, I can move into Cooliris by clicking one of the thumbnails. The search is Cooliris enabled when there are small Cooliris icon on a thumbnail in our search results.
